Dover committee, MAPC plan stakeholder interviews and data gathering for tree bylaw

At the May 6 kickoff, MAPC highlighted specific data needs to support drafting a tree bylaw. The committee recorded that MAPC will conduct stakeholder interviews with Dover land-use staff and committee members, large landowners, local developers and marginalized groups or individuals; Val and Melissa were noted as sources for suggested interview candidates.
The data plan will inform draft bylaw language and outreach strategy. Committee members agreed to help identify stakeholders and to coordinate with other Town boards and committees so interviews and outreach capture a range of perspectives.
