Administration said the MOU clarifies communication protocols and shared responsibilities to better comply with IDEA and FERPA and to improve access to community-based resources beginning in junior high and continuing through secondary transition. Administration recommended approval and noted there is no cost to the district for this agreement.
Trustee Doug Neff moved approval and Trustee Jennifer Taylor seconded the motion; the motion passed unanimously as recorded in the minutes.
