City engineer Leif told the council the request covers general requirements, bonds and insurance, mobilization, concrete, rebar, structural steel, stockpiled materials and specialized items for the paint booth. "So all items that we reviewed and requested documentation and we received and staff recommendations is your approval," Leif said. Council voted by roll call to authorize the payment.
Staff indicated the documentation was in order and recommended payment to keep project progress on schedule.
