Saint Helena Unified trustees approve agenda and adjourn special closed session

The approval motion was made by Jeannie Kerr and seconded by Lisa Pelosi; the minutes record the final resolution as "Motion Carries" with ayes from Jeannie Kerr, Lisa Pelosi, Laura Symon, Shawn Moura and Jeanmarie Wolf.
After closed-session business, President Laura Symon closed the meeting at 6:17 p.m. The adjournment motion was made by Lisa Pelosi and seconded by Jeanmarie Wolf and likewise carried with all five members voting in the affirmative. There were no public comments on the closed-session items.
