At the July 6 meeting, Plan Commission member Matt Teunissen presented a proposal to adjust parcel boundaries involving W3272 County Road G. The proposal would reduce the portion of W3272 County Road G that contains the existing dwelling to about 5.00 acres proposed for rezoning to A-1-S (noted as requiring approximately 225 feet of road frontage) and would merge roughly 15.00 acres with adjacent parcels proposed for rezoning to A-PR.
The Plan Commission reviewed the proposal and acknowledged that it appears to meet the Town’s zoning ordinance requirements; the item was recorded as a request for guidance rather than a formal action, and no recommendation or vote to forward the proposal to the Town Board was recorded.
