Other approved items on the consent list included budget amendments, approval of a multi‑county materials management plan budget required by the state, authorization of a Brownfield pass‑through account for developer consultant funds, a $20,880 award for reconfiguring a service counter with security improvements funded by an elections infrastructure grant, and approval to replace a handicap-access door opener (not to exceed $6,972) tied to building and grounds funding.
