Later in the meeting Jeff Henderson moved to reappoint Ken Padgett as chair and Add Layson as vice chair; Jim Weaver seconded and the motion also passed with all voting aye.
The meeting concluded when Jim Weaver moved to adjourn, Add Layson seconded, and members unanimously approved. The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:01 p.m. and adjourned at approximately 5:21 p.m.; the next session is scheduled for August 3rd.
