District accepts unaudited financials; revenue collection at 94%

At its April 15 meeting the Heritage Pines CDD Board accepted unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025. District Manager Chuck Adams presented the statements and reported that revenue collection stood at 94% with one month remaining before the payment deadline.
Mr. Adams noted that interest earned on investment accounts was not reflected because statements had not been received in time; he said he would email the board when the updated statements are posted. The acceptance was approved unanimously on a motion by Stephen Putman and seconded by Arthur Rhodes.
