ESF contract underway for NWRA 33 cleanup; engineer to reinspect dead tree

The Heritage Pines CDD confirmed that Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) has begun vegetation removal under a executed contract for cleanup on NWRA 33 near Rolling Hills Loop. The board added an action item noting ESF is addressing the area and that District Engineer Kurt Heath will inspect and coordinate repairs once removal and cleanup progress.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan raised a separate dead-tree report behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop; Mr. Heath's initial inspection concluded the partially dead oak tree "is actually on another resident’s property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive, and not near any CDD-owned easements." He will reinspect the area and the board discussed photos and coordination needed to verify responsibility and needed corrective work.
