At the March 3 meeting Mayor DeVere read Ordinance No. 667, which the minutes describe as amending Chapter Two (Personnel and Administration) to include a town index of records. Councilmember Allenbaugh moved to adopt the ordinance, Councilmember McGuire seconded, and the motion passed by majority vote.
