Board approves final FY2025 budget amendment, privilege-license list and mid-month claims

City Clerk Linda Wigley presented Budget Amendment #3 (final) for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2025; on a motion by Alderman John Banks and seconded by Alderman Kyle Martin the board approved the amendment. The board also approved the city clerk's list of business privilege licenses issued during the fiscal year and accepted the mid-month claims docket; motions for those items passed unanimously.
The minutes note copies of the budget amendment and privilege-license report were attached to the meeting record. The board also approved the minutes of Oct. 7, 2025 during this segment and carried routine administrative items without recorded opposition.
