Florence approves $78,928.62 change order for Eagle Post Road sanitary-sewer project and signs close-out authorization
Summary
On Oct. 21 the board approved a contract change order increasing MCWI's Eagle Post Road sanitary-sewer work by $78,928.62 and authorized the mayor to sign close-out documents for the STP-Eagle Post Road overlay project.
The Florence Mayor and Board approved MCWI change order #4 for the Hwy. 49 Eagle Post Road Sanitary Sewer Additions — Phase II, increasing the contract by $78,928.62. City Engineer Tim Parker made the recommendation; Alderman John Banks moved to approve and Alderman Kyle Martin seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
In the same portion of the meeting the board also authorized Mayor Trey Gunn to sign close-out documents for the STP-Eagle Post Road overlay project on the City Engineer's recommendation. That action was recorded as carried unanimously in the minutes.
