Florence approves Rankin Rowdies and Eagle Car Wash exterior permits

On the same recommendation Alderman John Banks moved and Alderman Kyle Martin seconded approval of an exterior update for Eagle Car Wash at 106 Crosspark Blvd., submitted by Munn Signs; that motion also carried unanimously. The minutes record the approvals without recorded public comment or debate.
