Heritage Pines board elects officers in unanimous vote

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution 2025‑01 on Dec. 10, 2024 to elect a new slate of officers for the board. Michael Walsh nominated the slate; the board approved the nominations without objection.
The nominations named Kathleen Lonergan as Chair and Arthur Rhodes as Vice Chair, and kept Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as Assistant Secretaries. The resolution also removed Janice Benedetti from the Assistant Secretary role while leaving prior appointments for Craig Wrathell and Jeff Pinder unchanged. On the motion to adopt the resolution, Mr. Walsh moved, Ms. Vaughan seconded, and the motion carried “with all in favor.”
