Solicitor Samantha Craley presented the PSP incident report covering April 1 through June 30, 2024. The report recorded 33 crashes (three involving injury or death), including one DUI and 12 hit-and-run collisions; officers issued 112 citations for offenses such as speeding and driving while privileges were suspended and gave 195 warnings.
On the crime side, the report listed 81 investigations and 52 arrests, including 12 drug investigations, 36 crimes against persons (28 assaults broken down into harassment, simple and aggravated assault), 24 crimes against property (including eight thefts), and 31 crimes against society (including five DUIs and 13 drug offenses). Council received the report as part of the solicitor's presentation; no formal action was taken that night.
