"For all new leases, it'll be me... we will do it exactly the way I just told you," the Airport Director said, describing the process for applying the fee schedule and CPI increases. The director and board members said they want to standardize charges so tenants are treated equitably and noted that changes would likely take effect next year when the fee schedule is updated.
The board asked staff to present a proposed fee-schedule adjustment and to provide earlier copies of billing breakdowns so the board can review them before issuance.
