Clerk Katie Gargano called the roll and confirmed Councilors Conant, Soucy and Haynes were present, establishing a quorum.
The minutes section records several items: a line in the minutes states, "Minutes were approved on 3/24/2026 by the Public Safety Subcommittee." The record also states that the minutes of July 8, 2024 were already approved on Jan. 24, 2025 and that minutes of Jan. 24, 2025 will need to be placed for approval at the next Public Safety committee meeting. Those entries are internally inconsistent; the minutes text appears to contain a clerical error regarding the March 24, 2026 date. The clerk closed the minutes with the signature line, "Respectfully Submitted, Katie Gargano, City Clerk."
Chairman Soucy adjourned the meeting at 3:40 PM. No votes on policy items were recorded at this meeting.
