Commissioner Mike Vehle moved and Commissioner Ron Rosenboom seconded the resolution authorizing condemnation; the motion carried on a roll call vote and RESOLUTION #2026–5.8 was adopted.
The resolution directs staff to proceed with condemnation steps consistent with state law so the culvert repairs can advance on schedule.
