Elverta board approves classified staff agreement and AB 1200 disclosure

Trustees approved an agreement with the Elverta Classified School Association and authorized public disclosure of a proposed collective bargaining agreement under AB 1200, AB 2756 and Government Code 3547.5.
The Board of Trustees voted Oct. 8, 2025 to approve the agreement between the Elverta Classified School Association (ECSEA) and the Elverta Joint Elementary School District. Member Rhonda Klarcyk moved the agreement and Member Jonathan Anthony seconded; the motion passed, according to the minutes.
At the same meeting the board also approved public disclosure of the proposed collective bargaining agreement in compliance with AB 1200 (chapter 1213/Statutes 1991), AB 2756 (Chapter 52/Statutes 2004) and Government Code section 3547.5; Member Klarcyk moved and Member Anthony seconded that motion, and the minutes record that it passed.
