The Board of Trustees of the Elverta Joint Elementary School District convened Sept. 10, 2025 at 5:58 p.m. in Room 6 at Elverta Elementary and approved routine consent business including the agenda, minutes and warrants. The meeting minutes record a quorum with board members Ray Lippincott, Rhonda Klarcyk, Ruben Ramirez and Mike Wells present; Jonathan Anthony and Sandee Felley were absent.
During the session the board approved a series of motions presented under legal items: adoption of the Cook Manager Salary Schedule for 2025–26; acceptance of the district's 2024–2025 Unaudited Actual Report summarizing revenue and expenditures for the prior fiscal year; adoption of Resolution #24‑538 (Gann Limit); and adoption of Resolution #24‑539 affirming alignment and sufficiency of instructional materials with state standards. Each motion was moved by Member Rhonda Klarcyk and seconded by Member Ruben Ramirez and recorded as passed in the minutes. The board went into closed session at 6:45 p.m. to discuss personnel matters and returned at 7:02 p.m. with no action taken before adjourning at 7:03 p.m.
