Mrs. Adams presented the Unaudited Financial Statements as of Dec. 31, 2024 and explained accounting recoded certain expenses, including moving $4,343 from contingencies to the Landscape General Fund outside the gates. Mr. Blumenthal noted unassigned working capital carried into FY2025 and said the district remains on sound financial footing; he and Mr. Long will prepare a 10-year forecast for the next agenda.
Mrs. Adams also distributed an MRI proposal and credit to repair mower/contractor damage to a driveway within the CDD easement. MRI credited the district $10,500 toward a $22,500 project. "On MOTION by Mr. Merrill and seconded by Mr. Schultz, with all in favor, MRI Construction, Inc. Proposal #514, for driveway repairs at 21320 Pelican Sound Drive, in the amount of $12,000, was approved," the minutes recorded.
