District Engineer Charlie Krebs reviewed the draft Traffic Calming Assessment 2025, outlining Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategies and initial education-based road, bike and golf cart safety measures. Krebs said three permanent and one mobile speed radar signs will be delivered throughout the property the first week in February and noted that speeding violations "have decreased."
Mr. Long asked Krebs to update Page 9 of the report to include the conclusion of the Traffic Study and asked Board members to flag any additional areas for consideration. The Board also discussed informing residents of existing mandates and possible placement of "Do not pass golf cart" signs at the front entrance and crosswalks.
