Jillian offered to meet with the local GOCO representative to confirm whether the project is a good fit for the Centennial/legacy grant programs and to explore whether schematic design could be folded into a grant request to reduce local upfront cost. She will report back at the next meeting; some members favored a delay until that consultation is complete.
