K. Houchin moved to adjourn at 9:47 a.m.; R. Tondini seconded. "K. Houchin-Yes, R. Tondini-Yes. Motion carried," the minutes record. The committee adjourned following the presentation; no additional formal business or votes are recorded in the minutes.
