Council introduces land-use update and adds stop intersections ordinance

Two ordinances were introduced Sept. 8. Ordinance 12-2025 would amend Chapter 7 (Traffic) to add stop intersections and is scheduled for public hearing on Sept. 22, 2025.
Council members said the Land Use Board's revisions prompted the ordinance language changes. No substantive public comment occurred at introduction; the ordinances will return for formal hearings on the listed dates.
