The presenter said the renewal will support the county’s communications and 9‑1‑1 dispatch phone systems and that the first payment is included in the proposed FY 2026‑27 budget. The agreement had been reviewed by county counsel and risk staff "as to form."
A motion to approve the renewal was made and carried on roll call. Staff said the contract includes 24‑hour support, help‑desk and hardware support, and remote administration services intended to maintain continuity for county phones and dispatch operations.
