The board approved a revised fee schedule for the 2026–27 school year after the superintendent reviewed proposed changes intended to help offset costs.
"We increased high school and middle school fees to $80," the superintendent told the board as part of the fee overview; she also listed elementary fees at $65, a tech fee of $40, and a drivers-ed fee increase from $75 to $100. The superintendent said senior citizens may pick up a free pass.
Members moved and seconded the fee schedule item and verbally signaled approval when their names were called; the chair declared the motion carried. Staff will implement the new fees for the upcoming school year and will proceed with communications to families and senior citizens regarding passes and fee payments.
