At the meeting, Mrs. Anderson reported that graduation on May 15 included 67 seniors and a 100% graduation rate; she named student speakers and honorees including National Honor Society inductees and Latin-honors graduates.
A staff presenter reviewed spring IAR results and highlighted proficiency gains. "For example, on the 1st page, grade 3 math, 61% of the students were proficient or above," the presenter said, and cited a cohort ELA improvement from 36% (last year) to 54% this year for the same group of students now in a higher grade.
Personnel and operations updates accompanied the academic report, including plans for summer registration, Skyward rollover work and custodial preparations for the new school year. Science results were not yet available and will be shared with the board when received.
