The New London Board of Education Policy Committee convened by Zoom on March 24, 2026. The consent agenda was approved and included adoption of Policy 5113.13 (Work-Study Student Employment/Work-Release) and approval of Policy 5131.111 (Video Surveillance). Separately, the committee rescinded Policy 6163.1 (Selection of School Library Material) after administration noted a state-required version had been adopted earlier in the year, and it approved Policy 0521 (Nondiscrimination) reverted to the 2020 version with the change of "Boy Scouts" to "Scouts USA." The meeting adjourned at 6:27 p.m. on a unanimous vote.
