Board approves office lease with SVE, LLC at N71 Office Building

County Coordinator Kelly Thongvivong presented an office lease between Cottonwood County and SVE, LLC for two offices totaling 432 square feet at the N71 Office Building, at a rate of $14.75 per square foot. Commissioner Donna Gravley moved and Commissioner Tom Appel seconded approval; the board voted unanimously to approve the lease effective March 1, 2025.
Thongvivong directed that the lease be executed and entered into county records. The action formalizes occupancy terms and rental rate for the named office space; the minutes record the lease approval but do not include the lessor’s additional terms beyond space, square footage and per-square-foot rent.
