Commissioners approve second amendment reducing Land Bank ARPA match to $775,000

Clerk read that the original resolution (approved 01/18/2024) authorized $2,000,000 funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) monies. The board first decreased that amount to $1,100,000 and at this meeting approved a further decrease to $775,000 "with all terms and conditions remaining the same," the clerk said. Commissioners voted in favor of the amendment by roll call.
