Lisa (auditor's office) presented the agreement and asked the board to approve and authorize signatures. On the record she described the agreement timing and asked for a motion to approve: "...authorize signatures on the agreement between Jackson County and the Jackson County Senior Citizen Center effective 07/01/2026 and ending on 06/30/2027 for fiscal year 2627." The board moved, seconded and the motion carried. Board members noted this will be reviewed annually going forward and discussed the timetable for any renegotiation tied to potential legislative or facility changes.
Implementation: the agreement will be administered in the auditor's office and staff will follow standard reporting and invoice procedures for the fiscal year.
