County Engineer Jaden Scheffel described the application as an existing farm entrance requiring a 911 address. Scheffel said the site-distance checks and culvert condition met county requirements and recommended approval: "It's an existing entrance. He’s looking to get 911 address. ... It does have an existing culvert, and that was in good shape. Does have sufficient site distance, so, meets all our requirements." The board moved, seconded and voted to approve the permit during the meeting.
The permit was recorded and no additional conditions were stated on the record.
