Commissioners appoint Alan Stowers to Kirkland Township advisory board

The chair introduced "mister Alan Stowers" as an interested candidate who is also signed up for the November general election.
A commissioner moved to appoint Stowers to fill the remainder of Roger McLean's term; the motion was seconded and carried 3–0. Staff will complete the appointment paperwork to formalize the position for the remainder of the year.
