Board orders no-parking on south side of East Harrison Street to ease congestion

The board asked staff to inspect the space by the Marshall Entertainment Theater separately for a possible loading/unloading spot, and asked Chief Manley to review parking on Sycamore between Harrison and Cunningham and report back at the next meeting.
