Council approved an on-call professional services agreement with Aben/Adam Marsh, not to exceed $21,500, to assist the city with GIS tasks including digitizing easements, deeds and other records.
A staff member explained: "So this on call agreement will allow us to enter into contracts and, have Adam Marsh help with some of that entry, and things that are just a little bit beyond our grasp right now." The first task will focus on uploading easements and related documents so they are visually available in the city's GIS.
Council members asked about payment and capping; staff clarified the agreement is capped and tasks will be billed per task or hourly with individual task approvals. The motion to approve the on-call agreement was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
