The council adopted ordinance number 18 O 5 20 26 to amend the city-designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) by including a written boundary description.
The mayor explained the change is textual only: "We're changing the ordinance in text only. It has no significant or no changes whatsoever other than the text. Our order number 18O52026, an ordinance amending the city of Angouard designated outdoor refreshment area Dora by including the written boundary description." A council member moved to waive rule 22 to allow all three readings tonight; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Members noted that neighboring cities (Hamilton and Fremont) have DORA setups and reported no problems.
The ordinance was read through second and third readings and approved by voice vote.
