She outlined next steps: a public hearing on June 11, a planned adoption on June 25 and submission to the county by July 1 for approval. "The LCAP draft is online, and folks could take a look and provide input and feedback and send me an email for things they'd like us to consider," she said.
Trustees used the presentation to flag follow‑up requests: they asked for more granular breakdowns tied to specific metrics (attendance by school and grade, math proficiency by cohort, and spending details for actions linked to absenteeism and intervention programs). Sutter committed to providing the additional data and timeline materials in advance of the June hearings.
