Davis asked for $10,000 to expand capacity; supervisors praised the work and several said they would try to identify dollars for the program in the county’s budget packet and seek statutory guidance about county donations to 501(c)(3) organizations. "2nd Chance's unique approach shows they have the right recipe for success," Watson said.
