The Salt Creek School District 48 Board of Education voted unanimously Dec. 19 to approve its consent agenda, which included minutes, personnel reports and financial items for November 2024. The board recorded total disbursements for the reporting period of $1,155,810.91 and a total cash balance across funds of $19,921,431.39.
Treasurer materials in the board packet list fund balances including Education $8,673,020.87, Operations & Maintenance $2,240,334.83 and Capital Projects $7,000,000.08. The AP registers provided detailed vendor payments ranging from routine maintenance to a $856,274.14 invoice from FGM Architects related to pre-referendum schematic design work. Board President Dane Cuny requested the motion and Mr. Blair moved to approve the consent agenda; Mr. Van De Velde seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous roll call vote.
