Commission postpones duplex zoning case indefinitely after neighborhood opposition

Adrian Noria (speaker 13) spoke on behalf of his father-in-law, who has lived near the proposed duplex for more than 25 years and opposed the duplex because of concerns about additional noise, congestion and changes to neighborhood character. Chair confirmed the case is postponed; staff said it will be renoticed if refiled, and the commission recorded an indefinite postponement motion that passed.
No further testimony in favor was presented at the meeting; the applicant was informed they may be renoticed if the case returns to the commission.
