Board approves reheard Mile High Construction / Root Wellness application after re-notification

Staff explained the Mile High Construction and Root Wellness application is the same as previously considered but must be reprocessed because state law requires certified return receipts for notices; the applicant was asked to resend certified notices and the item was repeated for the record. The applicant said the plans are unchanged and thanked the board for its time. The board closed the public hearing, moved and seconded to approve the application, and the motion carried.

Staff framed the re-hearing as an administrative repeat to satisfy service requirements rather than a substantive change to the proposal. The approval was recorded and the applicant will proceed with next steps in the permitting process.
