Staff said changes are intended to give the commission greater visibility into small‑lot and road impacts, to standardize traffic‑study requirements (trip generation, distribution letter, or full traffic study) and to require licensed‑engineer preparation for any study. Commission members moved, seconded and recorded a recommendation to forward the redlined text to the Board of County Commissioners.
