The Borough council unanimously adopted the consent agenda that included approval of prior meeting minutes, Resolution 87-2025 authorizing surplus property sales via Municibid, Resolution 88-2025 imposing a 9:00 p.m. curfew for minors on Oct. 28–31, 2025, a recommendation for Lincoln Ave. resurfacing bid to Tilcon in the amount of $132,291.75, and a tax-exemption refund to Anthony Clearwater of $2,052.74.
Council members later approved payment of vouchers and departmental finance reports; the current payments register included large line items to the Ogdensburg Board of Education ($233,639.83) and Wallkill Valley Regional High School ($102,169.17). Mayor Hutnick and Clerk Robin Hough handled procedural explanations, and Ms. Hough confirmed a missing ambulance photo is required before listing the vehicle on Municibid.
