Ogdensburg council adopts land-development changes, approves small capital appropriations

The Borough of Ogdensburg adopted Ordinance 10-2025, amending Chapter 30 (Land Development) sections 802–805, with unanimous roll call. Mayor Hutnick opened the meeting for public comment on the ordinance; resident Judy Perentin asked for clarification and Clerk Robin Hough explained the ordinance content before the council closed public comment.
Council also adopted Ordinance 13-2025, appropriating $5,150 from the General Capital – Capital Improvement Fund, and introduced Ordinance 14-2025, appropriating $25,000 from the same fund; the latter was scheduled for public hearing on Oct. 27, 2025.
