Resolution 96-2025, amending a provisional appointment for Kenneth Smith to a part-time assistant supervisor in the Department of Public Works pending Civil Service action, was also listed on the consent agenda and recorded as on file in the clerk’s office. The clerk and tax collector were directed to process the refund and issue the redeeming payment as recorded in the resolution text.
