Commission renames Deutsch Fest Hall to honor Lauren Zimmerman, directs work on signage policy

Myers recommended involving the fair board and soliciting bids for sign design and installation. The board approved a motion to rename the Deutsch Fest Hall to the "Lauren Zimmerman and Unserlut Deutsch Fest meeting room" and directed staff to draft sign designs and a proposed naming-rights process to return to a future work session.
