Commissioner Frost subsequently moved to appoint Commissioner Timothy Biddle as vice chair; Commissioner Douglas seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The actions were recorded in the meeting minutes. The board also approved routine minutes from its Dec. 3 and Dec. 23, 2024 meetings during the same session. No public comment was recorded on the organizational items.
