Elko County LEPC approves minutes, sets May 14 meeting and notes SERC reporting

Daniel Hassett moved to approve the minutes as provided and the motion was seconded; members voiced their assent and the chair declared the motion passed. Later, a motion to set the next calendar date for May 14 was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The meeting record does not include a full roll-call tally for either voice vote; the chair declared both motions carried.
Chair Lee Cabnis also noted the committee’s State Emergency Response Commission annual reporting was submitted by Jan. 31 and that the executive committee had already approved the submission at the prior meeting, so no additional action was required at this session.
