Board approves three utility permits for industrial park, Westbrook Street and Yale/310th St.

On unanimous votes the Board approved utility permits for Butler County REC (Industrial Park Road bored service crossing), Cedar Falls Utilities (fiber & electric at 33197 Westbrook St) and IRUA (3" water main near Yale/310th St).
The Butler County Board of Supervisors approved three utility permits during its July 28 meeting. Chair Greg Barnett moved, with Rusty Eddy seconding, to approve a permit for Butler County REC to install a bored service crossing at Industrial Park Road; the board recorded "All ayes," and the motion carried.
Supervisor Rusty Eddy moved and Wayne Dralle seconded approval of a permit for Cedar Falls Utilities for fiber and electric service at 33197 Westbrook St, and the board also approved a permit for IRUA to install a 3" water main near Yale/310th St on a motion by Barnett and second by Dralle. All three permits were approved without recorded opposition.
